Car history:
Up for auction is a slightly used but, good condition 1966 Chevrolet 427 big block engine. It was produced in Tonawanda, it was factory equipped with a 4 speed, Hyd lifters, Special Cam, 4 BBL and, 390 HP This particular block was from a Corvette. Engine has been rebuilt but, not by me. I sold my Camaro without the engine. The engine ran well with no issues and, has been stored in a dry climate controlled garage. The engine was rebuilt to more less stock specs? The cam is hydraulic, not sure of the lift or, duration. The compression ratio I believe was right around 9:1 The car ran on pump gas and, ran 13"s all day long. I apoligize for not having better info but, again the engine is assembled and, I do not want to tear down a perfectly good engine so, I do not have access to the internal components. I am just trying to be honest. Not trying to mislead anyone. I did not build the engine but, it did run very well the day I pulled it from the car. Also included in the auction is the engine craddle it is bolted to in the picture.

I would perfer local pick up in the Perkiomenville Pa 18074 area. Located between Phila and, Allentown. If you require shipping you are responsible for setting that up. I can recommend NAVL as I have used them several times in the past with absolutely no issues. Call 1-800-959-8880 and, ask for a shipping quote from zip 18074. They will blanket wrap, pallet and, deliver from my door to your door. This engine is sold as is where is. No guarantees or, warrantys. If shipped I am not held accountable for damage in transit. If you are local and, want to stop by for a visual inspection, thats fine with me. I feel I have made every effort to describe the item as accurately as I could. If you have any questions feel free to contact me and, I will be happy to answer them in a timely fashion. Thanks for looking and, good luck.
